Returns and Refunds
At ProSigs.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we are here to help.
 
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
 
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items.
Sale or clearance items.
Gift cards.
 
Process for Returns
Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at [Customer Support Email] with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned autographed items. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges
Since virtually all items are autographed and not meant to be worn or used, there is no need for an exchange unless something is missing or damaged. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at Help Desk. Include your order number, a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no additional cost.
